NO and GU are both Piper Warrior Aircraft. These are 160 HP Lycoming powered aircraft, designed by the Piper Aircraft Company as comfortable all round training aircraft, as well as useful economic touring aircraft. Used in the training role they offer larger than normal pilot space which gives the student the feel and comfort of a commercial cockpit. The aircraft has the weight lifting capacity to offer comprehensive radio and navigation equipment often lacking in the smaller and less flexible 2 seat trainers. This capability makes the Warrior a good choice for basic, as well as advanced training courses, and is often found as the work-horse at the bigger airline orientated schools. After routine weight and balance calculations this aircraft is also designed to carry 4 people as an economical tourer, cruising at 120 miles per hour, and covering a range of 350 + miles. A very useful all round aircraft.

CG is our Robin 2 seat training aircraft. Also with a 160 H.P. Lycoming engine, but is fuel injected and is fully aerobatic. A very powerful trainer, on which we can offer basic courses, as well as aerobatic lessons or courses. Chosen for the engine power which many other 2 seat training aircraft lack, this will sustain altitude during aerobatic manoeuvres, enhancing the students value for money. As one can see from the cockpit photographs this aircraft has a control column, rather than a wheel, and is very much in keeping with the look and feel of it's sporting capability. A fun aircraft with serious intent.
